    INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, and in consideration of the approval of our Application (assuming that approval is in fact given), we, acting on behalf of our Participant unit and all personnel and/or or other groups associated with us (individually and/or collectively, the "Participant Unit Parties"), hereby agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS St. Patrick Celebrations, Inc., a Maryland nonprofit corporation, the Baltimore Saint Patrick Parade Committee, and its and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents (individually and/or collectively, the "Parade Parties") from and against any and all claims, losses, causes of action, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating or connected to the Parade Parties' performance, breach, active or passive negligence (excepting sole negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Parade Parties), or material violation of this Agreement. The Parade Parties reserve the right to require proof of liability insurance, additional photographs, and/or other information from any Participant Unit Parties pertinent to the Application. This Agreement and all claims relating to it shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland (including but not limited to the Maryland Uniform Electronic Transactions Act) without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Participant Unit Parties and the Parade Parties expressly agree and consent to the use of electronic signatures in connection with the making of this Agreement.

    FAMILY MEMBERS

WE ACKNOWLEDGE that family members MAY NOT march with any Parade marching unit (including our Participant unit) unless written approval has been furnished to us before the day of the Parade. Moreover, family members are strongly discouraged from preceding or following our Participant unit along the Parade route. We understand that such conduct is disruptive and constitutes a major safety issue for marchers and bystanders.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS

WE ACKNOWLEDGE that we have downloaded and read the Official Rules and Regulations for the 2027 Baltimore St. Patrick Parade. On behalf of our Participant unit, we agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations and any amendments made thereto. We understand that violators are subject to immediate expulsion from the Parade.

    PARADE OFFICIALS, NAMES AND LIKENESSES

WE ACKNOWLEDGE that by submitting our Participant unit's Application, we are agreeing to submit to the authority of all Parade officials in all matters related to Parade activities prior to and during the Parade. We grant permission for our name(s) and likeness(es) to be used for any and all purposes, including but not limited to advertising and publicity.
