On Sunday, March 10, 2024,
the Baltimore Saint Patrick Parade
and the Shamrock 5K Race
will draw tens of thousands of marchers,
runners, and spectators to the downtown area.

The Parade will step off at 2:00pm EDT
from the staging area
by the Washington Monument,
and will proceed
south on Charles Street to Pratt Street,
and then east on Pratt to Market Place.

Parade Day road closures
and parking restrictions
will begin as early as 9:00am EDT on Sunday.
Between 12:00 noon and 5:00pm,
you should expect substantial
traffic congestion and delays,
which will not abate until
after the conclusion of the Parade.
The sooner you get downtown for the Parade,
the lesser your chances of being stuck in traffic.

Make a day of it by attending
the Official Parade Mass at 10:45am EDT
at the Baltimore Basilica
(409 Cathedral Street,
between Franklin and Mulberry Streets),
and then proceeding from the Basilica
to your viewing location.
